PRODUCT INFORMATION

Details:

This prop was first cast in latex from our original mold. Once cast, she was then detailed by hand. An outer coat of "rotted flesh" is applied and textured. Her rotted eyelids and empty sockets are completely handmade.  Not only does this ensure the best detail possible but it also guarantees that each one will have a unique quality all it's own. No two will ever be exactly alike!

This prop was painted by hand to bring out every detail and the hair was applied by hand. For maximum realism, acrylic fingernails were attached to her fingers.

Measurements:

Aunt Edna is approximately 5' 10" from head to toe.  Her head and hands are fully detailed. The body form which includes the torso, PVC arms and PVC legs are NOT detailed but this does not show since she is fully clothed,

Clothing:

Aunt Edna comes clothed in a dress and shawl in the style shown in the photos. Clothing may vary slightly in color but is very close to that of the models. The clothing was "aged" to look appropriate for an old corpse hanging in the hot sun for long periods of time. The clothing can be removed so she can be clothed in different styles to create any character you want!

Limbs:

Aunt Edna's arms and legs are made from PVC pipe which was padded to give it the bulk of a full sized body. The arms are wired at the elbows so they can be put in various positions.  The arms are not permanently attached to the body however. This allows you to fix them in a variety of positions. PVC connectors are included which allow you to simply slip the arms onto the body. They can be cemented with PVC cement if you want a permanent bond but keep in mind this would permanently fix them in place.

The legs each come in two sections as they are not permanently attached at the knee area. This is so you have the option of putting her in both standing and sitting positions. she will stand on her own with the PVC legs but if you plan to stand her in place for long periods of time, you may wish to attach her feet to a platform to prevent her from tipping over.

If you wish to create the prop body yourself, you can purchase the head and hands only. A PVC connector is embedded in the neck part of the head and the hands are built on 1" PVC pipe which will allow easy attachment to a PVC body or frame.

The Head

Aunt Edna's head measures approx 14" from top to bottom  The head is filled with a soft poly fill and sealed.

The Hands

The hands measure approx 12" long.
