| I would
like to resell your props. Do you offer a wholesale
discount? |
|
|
One of the things that gives our
props a unique quality is that many
of them are hand made. Everything
from the molding to the pouring to
the detailing is done by hand. This
gives the prop maximum detail and
quality. The downside to this is
that we can only make so many at a
time. A corpse head prop for
example, can take 1-2 weeks for us
to make just one. Since we don't
have the resources or manpower to
produce our props in the large
quantities necessary to offer any
significant discount, we are unable
to offer any kind of quantity or
resell discount at this time. |

Currently we do not
have a catalog other than the website itself.
Eventually we hope to have a catalog that we can
mail to customers but we do not have one at this
time. |

How often
are your items available? |
|
|
We offer our items all year around.
Certain items however, are
made-to-order. This means the
items are made after purchase is
made. Once the payment is received,
it takes approximately 2-3 weeks to
get the item build and shipped. Some
items we do have on hand at the time
of order and these are shipped
immediately. We also sell on
eBay often and all items listed on
eBay have been made and are ready to
ship. You can always contact us with
an estimate of how long it will take
for a certain made-to-order item to
ship. However, it will never be more
than 3 weeks tops unless specified
on the item itself. |

Can you
customize a prop? |
|
|
It may be possible to make certain
changes to a prop (hair color, paint
scheme, etc) on a made-to-order
prop. This may add to the
cost as well as the production
time however depending on the
changes. If you want a prop
made a certain way, please contact
us first and we will give you an
estimate on any additional time and
cost. Small customizations may not
have any extra time or cost but
please contact us with the request
first. |

Do you
make all of the items you sell? |
|
|
Many of our props
are hand made, Silent Creations originals.
However we also offer a variety of items made by
other companies. Any of our items that are
Silent Creations originals will say so in the item
description. |

charity event and would love to use your props. Can you
donate them? |

We are always happy
when we can help a charity event.
Unfortunately, due to the labor and material cost of
making the props, we rarely have any we can spare as
donations. Occasionally we may have props with
flaws (damage from the mold) etc. which we are
sometimes able to discount or donate but these are
rare. |
