How To Order

By mail

If you would like to order by mail, you can print and fill out our order form.

If you do not have a printer, you can simply write the order down on paper and include it with your payment (you can also email us with this information). Be sure to include the following information:

Your name
Your Shipping Address
Name and quantity of the item(s) you are ordering.


Please make sure to include either your email address or a phone number in case we have any questions regarding your order.

Online

To order online using PayPal, a credit card, or electronic check, simply use the buttons included with each item.

We accept all major credit cards at no extra cost to you. Credit card payments are processed securely through PayPal (note: you are NOT required to have a PayPal account if you wish to use a credit card). We are currently not equipped to accept credit cards directly so you must use the online PayPal form to process your payment. Please do not send us your credit card number for an order as we will not be able to process it ourselves.

Please remember that paying with a credit card through PayPal is easy and more importantly, safe!

eChecks

You can pay online through your checking account by using an eCheck. eChecks are also processed through PayPal.

Checks (personal and business) must be given 7-10 days to clear before order is shipped.


Shipping

 
 Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail (although with smaller items we may ship First Class to save you on shipping) If you prefer another shipping method (UPS, FedEx, etc), please contact us before ordering so we can adjust your shipping charge.

All items are shipped insured and tracking information is provided.

We take pride in our packaging and only use the best quality in packing materials to make sure your item arrives safe. Therefore, a small handling fee may be included in the shipping cost of larger items where extra care is needed to make sure the item is well packed.


Returns / Exchanges


Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it and we will be happy to exchange it or provide a refund upon return of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Your refund will be issue by the same method in which you paid.
 

International Orders


We will ship outside the US. However certain restrictions and conditions apply:

Payments must be made through PayPal.

We will only ship to a confirmed address.

Shipping methods will vary depending on country and cost. However we must insist on using a shipping method that will allow us to track the package. This is both for your protection and ours.

Some countries have shipping prohibitions and restrictions on certain items and materials. If any items in your order do not meet the requirements, we will not be able to ship the item and will promptly return your payment.

Important: Federal law requires that customs forms accurately describe the value and contents of the package. We will NOT mark a package as a "gift" or change the value of the contents so please do not request it.


Special Orders


Any requests for items that either differ from the regular items sold or are customized versions of those items are considered special orders.  If, for example you want a corpse prop with painting style or hair color that differs from how the prop is normally sold, this would be a customized job and considered a special order.  If the special order consists of simple cosmetic changes (different hair color, skin color, etc) than it will usually not cost extra. If, however the special order requires additional materials or labor than what is normally spent on the item, then there may be an added cost to the order.

Since these items are made to order, they would require an additional 4 to 6 weeks to complete.

Since the pricing and timeframe for special orders is different than normal, you will need to contact us with your request.  We will then review your request and determine what the timeframe would be to complete as well as any additional cost.  If, for whatever reason, we are unable to fulfill your special order request, we will let you know.

We may not be able to fulfill special order requests during a busy time (such as the Halloween season) but you are always welcome to contact us with the request.
